Hi, I have an iPhone 2G (2.2.1 / Carrier 2.9 / 04.05.04_G) but got it unlocked so I don't know what was used to unlock it. I've updated a few months ago to 2.2.1 using iTunes and didn't need to unlock it again. There is no Cydia on the phone.
Is it safe to update it to 3.0 and keep it unlocked?
