Ban feeding wildlife? There goes the Bird Food industry...

I live in Terra Linda, Murray Road and Cornell Road in the NW side of Portland. Just this morning there were two coyotes in front of my house at 4:45am when I go out for a walk with my dog, luckly she comes when I call her. ____I have always seen the coyotes in pairs in my neighborhood, about 4 or 5 times a year. They are not scrawny like Easern Oregon coyotes, they feed well. They are not afraid of people, and do not run away from dogs. I stood within 20 feet of one this morning for 20 or 30 seconds, if only i could legally shoot a rifle here. __

If you have never hunted, then you would never understand why some of us do. Have you ever heard the term "Buck Fever" ? It is real. The fever I have had is intense, it causes your adrenaline to rise, it is hard to describe... The effort required to take an elk requires commitment, patience, dedication and focus and a very steady hand to make the shot. Congradulations to Denny.
