Im 55 years old and have a 32 foot RV. I have traveled in excess of 3,000 miles in the last year. I can say that RV drivers are the most cautious and courteous drivers on the road.

It seems odd that you take a drivers test at 16 when you get your license. Then, unless you move to another state, you never have to take it again. This would explain some of the p*** poor driving habits I have seen across the country.

Such as:
Cutting thru the gore on the interstate. (Most drivers dont even know what that is)
Trying to make a turn across a doubble yellow line.
Failing to signal a lane change. (this requires taking your hand off the wheel or cell phone)

Maybe the answer is for licensed drivers to take a test of the basic rules of the road (in english) every 5 years. Then issued a traffic citation for every question they get wrong.

Brant Terrace was the first Angelo Company multifamily project. Al Angelo Sr. passed away in March of 2007. The Columbian reported that Vancouver Mayor Royce Pollard ordered U.S., state and city flags in Vancouver to be lowered to half-staff through March 30 in memory of Angelo Sr.
