He had wandered off and drowned in a large truck mounted uncovered silo (water used to wet the dusty roads or something similiar). Have the authorities investigated the possiblity that Kyron may have gone exploring ? Were there any garbage dumpsters or lawn service trucks nearby where he may have found himself in a situation that he could not climb out of ?
