I don't get the feeling that it's all about Conan, but you're right in that he isn't as good of an interviewer as, say, Johnny was. (Who is?) But Jay's interviewing abilities are also dismal. He's not selfish with the spotlight like perhaps Conan is, but his constant deprecation is a turn off. Thanks for the great comment.
