So, you don't care about the politics in the largest county in the state? You apparently aren't aware that King County affects the whole state. And if you knew what neocon meant, you would know it's a term used loosely about losers. Learn to spell, clueless rightwing hack.

NEW IDEAS??? Her only ideas have been to blame 20,000 people for the problems in King County, a population of 1.8 million. PLEASE MAKE SURE SHE IS TAKEN OUT OF THIS RACE ON AUGUST 18th!! She is a fraud, and is being used by the neocons to get into office because of her looks and popularity. She is not qualified to run any government!

It's too bad he hasn't spent these past 6 years while living with cancer speaking out about cancer prevention (early detection testing, exercise, nutrition), and working to find a cure. Instead he has continually spread hate and fear, including bringing it to young people.

I feel sorry for him and those who follow him. What a misguided herd. Hopefully he will find peace of mind through his hardship.

an anti gun organization? you obviously aren't familiar with the organization. Does Washington Ceasefire have an INVESTED interest in gun control other than wanting to see more safety around gun use? Do you know who started Washington Ceasefire? Are they in it to make money like the gun industry? Critically think, Bobarino. Move beyond getting information spoon fed to you like the rest of the US population.

Are you aware of the level of lobbying by the gun industry? Do you know how much money is involved in the selling of guns? you don't think that is based on greed? You think they are in the business to provide a service to the community?
If the process in Washington is so rigorous, how did the young felon with known mental illness obtain a license, then proceed to use his gun to shoot innocent people at this year's folklife festival?

I am willing to bet that the shooter isn't a registered owner of a concealed weapon.
Gun control does not equate to the abolition of guns. That is rhetoric that gun makers and their lobbyists want us all to believe. It is also the crap that they feed gun owners to make them get all bent up about "gun control".
If you are a law abiding citizen, gun control will not effect your ability to obtain a gun, unless you are a collector of semi automatic assault weapons. It may take an extra few days to get a permit. If you are a law abiding citizen what is the hurry? Honestly, we need the gun industry to be a leader in gun control so guns don't continue to land in the hands of children and felons. But they are only interested in money.
Greed is biggest social disease, but we're too distracted to really pay attention.
