I was reminded to buckle when a trooper was on the off ramp, and I had to go ahead of him to get on the on ramp. He turned around and followed me, but decided to give me a break I guess and never pulled me over. So I guess the result of fewer troopers is they're not going to waste time pursuing small tickets (like no seat belt).
