I can not believe how many people jumped to the conclusion the kids were not wearing there vests. Maybe they should reserve judgement till the whole story is out? And, yes I admit I am guilty of not wearing a life vest when in a boat, and I know what cold water can do (I swim in the ocean close to Lincoln City all times of the year).
