Somebody writing this story is smoking some really, really good ganja. It states the one day holiday from taxes "could ultimately cost the state $3 million to $4 million in revenue". If this were true then the State should be earning over $1.2 BILLION DOLLARS in taxes (3.5 million x 365 days). What is the real story and who has the real dope ?

The law actually speaks to possessing a THC content of 1 ounce. The very best pot has about 30% THC so you could conceivably possess 3 oz of the plant. Of course you may need to hire a good lawyer...
