He purposely never said anything about the ticket to his family, went to court with proof that he was in Dallas, flight, hotel, car rental, meal receipts, etc. He pretty much proved that he was not the driver and when the judge asked him who was driving he told the truth, he did not know who was driving because he never asked. It's not his position to prove who WAS driving just that he was not driving. Well the judge still found him guilty and that was BS! If he was in Dallas how could he possibly testify to who the driver was? Not at all. I'm saying that if the officer is wrong then they should have to pay the fine. If the judge agrees with the officer then I pay the fine. So if the judge looks at the same video that shows a person make a complete stop but then makes a legal right hand turn on the red and dismisses the ticket then the officer who validated that ticket should pay the fine.
