We the people demand that our elected and appointed Senators, Representatives, Attorney General and Government officials including the President, uphold their sworn to Oath of Office. The Oath of Office clearly states that these officials must support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. If these officials subvert, damage, change, alter or suspend the Constitution, then these officials should be removed from office, loose their pensions and charged with treason. If they do not uphold their oath then they have lied to Congress and the American people and this can no longer be tolerated. This lie should invalidate the Oath of Office. Which is prescribed by the constitution in order to take office. Therefore we demand that Congress pass a law that mandates that the Oath of Office must be upheld at all cost or they will forfeit their rights, privileges and pensions. of that office.
