Were I a Muslim terrorist (emphatically ...I am not!) and I wished to have a floating platform from which to launch an EMP attack against say, for instance ,a country like, well, America ... what -- would I use? ---Say! A medium size freighter would be nice! Ah,yes, but where to get one, where to get one? We do not want to be obvious and snatch it from the gulf of Hormuz! Goodness NO! Let us go north ... yes Sweden is a quiet unsuspecting place, you know, Oh those Swedes! Then we will pretend to get off and tell the radio operator that we will slit everyone's throat unless he cooperates.
