The facts of this article are disturbing to say the least. I have a family member that lives in this complex and was shocked when I heard about this blatent disregard for other peoples financial well being. Considering the fact that this is not the first time this has happened at this location I am even more shocked that this manager continues to be employed. At the least there should be a forced leave of absence pending an investigation. My family member has perfect credit while still living on a fixed income. It is a truely disturbing thought that their financial security has been so carelessly jeopardized.

I am seriously offended by your comment. You assume that just because someone is low income that they have bad credit. For your information, my brother happens to be one of the tennants at this complex, and he has perfect credit. I could only hope to keep my life as clean as he has over the years. It might be a good idea if you thought before you spoke out in regards to what other people may be like just due to the fact that they live in a low income residence.
