Thank God (literally) for the Sun coming out of one its apparently natural doldrums to help warm this freezing planet up from the recent bout of Global Cooling. Sorry man-made climate change alarmists, but none of your deliberately biased studies that eliminate or lower the effect of water vapor and the sun on how Earth's climate constantly evolves can change the facts that the climate has been cooling for over a decade and is now about to warm up all by itself like it's been doing for centuries.

What happened to the idea that congress shall not make ex post facto laws? Or does that not apply to the Connecticut legislature?
