New position are created all the time for the top dogs while the nurses are cut back and stretched to the limits. I agree with what Kauffman is stating an investigation needs to be done. They need to get out of there offices and work close with the nurses and they would find out what needs to be done and it won't cost a thing, in fact it will help to have more staff to keep the patients happy!
