I am an animal owner including horses, donkeys, cats, dog and bird. They, except one, were from people who did not care for them, neglected them or overbred them. They eat first!! I have taken in many of the neighbors cats (with his permission of course) to be spayed and neutered at no cost to him. I believe being responsible is the key. All of my pets are spayed or neutered and I do not believe in breeding. Too many animals out there that need homes and are suffering due to the ignorance of humans that could make a big difference. Pay back what she owes and she should give a formal apology to all the patients she lied to. She should not have been able to obtain a license in Illinois.
