My friends weren't all that surprised, although it took them a while to actually mention MLP to me in a conversation. And only my closest friends know. Then we started talking about it a bit more openly and they accepted it nicely once they got used to it. Last year, they even got me a Rainbow Dash toy, which is the first and only piece of MLP that I now own. That was nice.

My family don't know. I just don't have it in me to tell them. I'm a total closet brony in real life.
