Appmodo : Blades of Fury Review for iPhone and iPod Touch

This game is a blast. Gameloft may be guilty of cloning games from other platforms instead of being original but these games are so much fun and they have implemented them on the platform with such efficiency, it`s unbelievable. I`m still in disbelief that such a game could be possible on iPhone, let alone be this good.

iPhones exploding coz of extra pressure on screen. WTF. So you mean iPhone can be used as a landmine now. Latest app in AppStore Iraq... Enemy troops marching towards you. You are unarmed and dont have a landmine to blow up enemy tank? We have an app for that.

Appmodo : Minigore Review for iPhone and iPod Touch

The problem with the game is that in order to make it episodic, they included way too little in the first version. It is a higly polished game with arguably the best artwork in an iphone game but the lack of depth in its current version will make you feel bored of it within two days. Fortunately the next update is going to be out very soon and hopefully it`ll make the game a lot enjoyable.

Appmodo : Facebook App Developer Has No Confidence in App Approval Process

Well I kinda disagree with the dev here coz I`d rather have the guarantee from apple that the app is safe for me. But I also agree that the approval process is incapable of assuring that bit. I think all they check for is if the app meets the limitations posed by apple like no background tasks, no duplication of apple`s native apps etc. But why the hell will that take weeks to get the app approved is something I simply can not understand. Just get the app checked for basic flaws and get it approved in less than a week, Shouldnt be too hard Apple. The RIMs, PREs, WinMos, and Androids are all on to your back now and if you dont get things right in time someone is going to knock you out of the number 1 position.
