Ok so the victim is hispanic, does that make him an illegal?

I never said anything about how being here illegally is exceptable. All i am stating is that you all are quick to profile a hispanic person as an illegal. And that saddens me. It saddens me how racist you all are and what you are teaching your children.

I think that this person should be charged with manslaughter and serve time. A life was taken and it is a sad situation. Again one's race should never be an issue for anything....we are living in 2009 and we should look past a color of the skin or what hertige one is.

There has to be something with the vehicle, because...this isn't normal. O heard a while back Explorer's had this issue and they recalled them. So this could be a similar situation.

I think it is very close minded for some of you to make remarks about the driver to be an illegal. Not all Hispanics are here illegal. This shows how close minded you people are. If this weren't a Hispanic driver what would you have to say to this?
