His wife Irina answered and was very nice. She explained that the resident manager was wrong to order removal of the flag from peoples private residences at the OAKS. She was very clear that they support the display of the flag by people who live there... at their residences or on their cars or motorcycles, but that they should not put flags on other peoples property or on common areas without permission. There seems to be some sort of confusion about someone putting a flag on a warehouse or storage area that was common or private space.
