Are you threatening me? Where did you get this "straw man" theory and can you please specify as to what you are even trying to say....? The court, ran by Judge Adler, has indefinitely ordered the victim to turn over excruciating evidence to the defenses case. Where in this did you get the idea that its not going to happen? The woman will go to jail and be in contempt of court is she refuses to hand over evidence supporting her theory. There are exceptions to the rule.... maybe you are mad because because nothing you ever did was good enough to be the exception.. like your grammar and english for example.. or even the way you hold yourself and beg for equality and justice from the rich, yet stomp you foot ad done and throw tantrums to prove your point. If we were debating in front of the police right now and you were speaking to me the way you are portraying yourself by yelling and calling names... the would probably see it as a threat and you would be arrested and possibly thrown in to a psych ward for evaluation because a lot of people with irrational thinking and yelling and outbursts have a mental psychological handicap. At least i have a enough humility to say that my comment out of passion was wrong by 200 years and corrected my mistake... But to you.. that comment alone is a "straw man." Probable cause that she is lying: 1)Glitches in her statement that is published by the bend bulletin. She remembers/ she doesn't remember. 2) She "thinks" the wine glasses were switched. 3) She was tsupposidely harshly brutally "thrown" on to a bed where the man who supposedly "threw" her is physically handicap. 4) She's not turning over a court ordered seize of documents... that shouldn't be a problem to turn over if she is such an innocent victim of crime. I personally issued a restraining order on a man that was continuously stalking me from my parents house and harassing me through phone texts and email... I WILLINGLY AND PROUDLY handed over to the court, prosecution, and to whomever it may concern to MAKE SURE that scary man was by law kept far far away from me. If this woman is so innocent... why is she hiding evidence that can put him in prison so that the man can't hurt me either? THAT is my probable cause and personal history. um.. they did. Brigid Turner is the main prosecutor in this case.. but until the head DA is proved guilty.. he's still an overseeing. Yes, sir. As I had mentioned before.. the leading DA in this case has some "uh-oh's!" himself. All the more reason to direct the attention to another and try as hard as his little heart can to get a "huge" conviction. And police, well.. i have no comment.. they go with the flow because they are the little guys once it gets handed to the DA. AND... ANYBODY licensed to protect humanity and practice justice is "allowed" to ASK for any information... otherwise.. it's obstruction of justice. Just like ANYBODY can go make a claim so heinous, ANYBODY, especially a licensed professional can ASK for a record retrieval.. Would a doctor hide a sufficient discovery in medicine because we our bound by law for medical confidentiality? NO! We are gong to publish an article about the discovery.. respecting the patients privacy.. UNDER LAW.. and make sure that we are aware this rare medical case CAN happen.. so that others can be saved and aware as well. same difference, she's still anonymous... we just want to know facts. and i disagree. The prosecutor or the cop i think would rather win the hearts of america by convicting a 5 star medical school doctor of a heinous crime. The DA in this case has his own accusations to deal with at this time and would look really good for him to have this rare conviction. Why would the judge overrule the county's top DA and face national hate threats by victim advocacy group if there was not sufficient enough evidence beyond reasonable doubt to retrieve this woman's search history? All I am saying is there is a lot we do not know.. but professional people do not go out on a "hunch"... in public.... off of a single theory. There HAS to be something.. otherwise maybe we should all stop working since a lot of people think the world is going to end.. no, logic tells us that is likely not too happen. I think the crime is beyond knowing what rape is. Plus, people know what "forceful and brutal" rape is. It contradicts her statement of she "wasn't sure if it was rape" and then claims it was definitely "forceful and brutal" rape. It also contradicts her statement of "not remembering and being thrown on to the bed" with the grew some details of her stating very clearly what happened that night and then being able to just get up and walk free and then making the claim she was possibly drugged and dint remember because he supposedly "switched drinks" as well. Oh, but in the beginning she just remembers being thrown on to the bed... by a man who is physically disabled. I think Houze is being quite kind at the moment. False accusations do happen.. look at the young man in long beach who just got release after 10 years after the woman who claimed he attacked her tried to friend the man on Facebook. He hires a PI, she admits she made it up.. and do you know what she says.. "Do i have to give the money back." 10 years and a football scholarship to USC.. GONE!... well, probable falsely accusing someone of a crime that could essentially cost them all their freedom, so basically their life, IS A CRIME. Thank you. There has to be more in-depth reason for the judge to believe this is true, that may not be allowed to be publicized under the victim rights protections. The 21 year old was quoted in an article after the initial arrest saying "he's a caring and kind person" and even went as far as to say he would share his patient letters and stories with her reminiscing about when he was a practicing physician before his injury. Even quoting "everything was "consensual." And then 7 months later makes the accusation of ... oh yeah! i was raped as well two weeks prior to the other girl being attacked. i Think the initial commenter was suggesting about the other article saying he had a restraining order with a 27 year old woman in california... which in turn.. we know nothing about because this woman decided not to commune with the press. all the stories are mostly at the bend bulletin.

yeah, but don't you think the defense has addressed the previous accusation from the beginning? I mean, as a professional I'm sure they have to cover all aspects and if things were so bad.. don't you think they'd shoot for a plea bargain? That article with the previous order says that woman and Bray had a long history and it also states she was incapable to comment because of her current court cases' statistics. We do not know the whole story, but I am guessing if that previous woman thought Bray was a rapist perpetrator, she would be supporting the complainer and possibly suing Bray as well. There isn't many details about the previous order in the press and so i think it's safe to ask the question.. why? If we use critical thinking skills here, i am sure that there is much more detail and depth than the "victim" just searching the definition of rape. Obviously if a young woman is in shock, it's only natural to make sure.. But I'm thinking maybe there is more to it.. for almost $3,000,000. That's a big dream a hard one to let go when you're hoping for, you know. I'm sure Houze has much experience and knowledge and has a bigger imagination than just looking up a definition of "forcible rape." I think victims should have a right to nondisclosure, but rare cases, especially when somebody's LIFE is at stake.. all materials necessary should be in the open. And as previously said in another comment.. "things that are not relevant will not be admissible.." which should dismiss the concern of them "battering" Jane Doe "again." The woman with the restraining order could have recanted because it was the right thing to do when it could have been exaggerated or even just to 'get back' at him for something he did to make her mad. The defense must have something for them to pursue and be so persistent, i mean over and over again since december. Any attorney in their right mind wouldn't put themselves in that kind of light in the world if they did not truly truly believe and to even call it "the discovery of this information id the heart of the defendants case" if there wasn't something much.. much deeper. Let's be a little skeptic and think outside the box.
