There is really not much to read into this story. I only wonder what is not beng reported. Givin that if ths thing ever goes off, it will end everything that know as normal. it will dramatically change the way the US does anything. Not to mention the mass number of people and property it will udderly destroy. This site needs to be monitored as close as possible. I only hope that warnings are givin in time and not too late as normal.. Just my opinion, for what its worth!!

Just confirmed... I tried to access the site via the WiFi through Comcast ISP cable service and I got just the placeholder page. But when I switch to my mobile Clear 4G service, I was able to get to the site with no problem. Comcast is filtering out the site. This is the one major bitch I have with Comcast, they also are selectively filtering email packets too. It has been a continuing problem and when I contact Comcast customer service, they treat me like I'm a noobie and ignore my complaint, or say that I don't know what I'm talking about. Very irritating. Update: just tried Sacmans solution above and that worked on the Comcast service. Guess I jumped the gun here guys, sorry...

KOMO - Seattle, WA : Police investigating drowning of beloved Chihuahua | Puyallup News

Obviously you haven't had to deal with this and maybe deaf too. It's a real problem and every neighbor within 150 feet of this ass has filed reports, that's 15 different people. All things being equal, I don't believe we're in the wrong for wanting this dog gone! Each of us have invested 200K plus into our properties lived here for 18 years. This offending neighbor is young, been here for a year or so and has not the faintest idea of what being part of a community is about. We have meny kids that live here and they make noise, but that has not ever bothered us. In fact, I allow the kids to play on my property all the time without problems. Why don't you open your mind and not assume that all dog owners are in the right. We have dog owners that live all around us and we have no problems with them. It's the one inconsiderate dog owner we have been having problems with. We wonder why ordinances and other laws were even placed on the books, when the authorities will not enforce them.... I'm done, if our problem isn't clear to you, what am I writing about.. Bye, bye (have another barking dog report to write, and it's after midnight again)

A sling shot?!? Remember, it's not the dogs fault that the owner is an ass. I use low power airsoft and paint ball guns. It does not hurt the animal and it gets the message across. And yes we have had to train our inconsiderate dog owner dog because he won't. The owners exact statement was "Dogs bark"!! But he does not seem to understand that people around him have a right to reasonable peace and quiet. I don't have a problem with his dogs barking occasionally, but the continous barking hour after hour because the owner is ignoring it is completely unexceptable... And the battle continues.... (air horns work too, except it irritates everyone in the immediate area too. Almost like using a hand grnade to clear out a closet.)

How meny times do we report to animal control and how long before someone goes over the edge? It has been going on 6 months for our little problem barker. (See previous post)

It's easy to jump to conclusions, I have the exact same problem with a neighbor next to me. They own the same dog in question and they leave it out in the neiborhood, running free during the day and out on their elevated porch at night. The little **#% barks consistently and it's impossible to do anything with having to hear the thing bark. I understand what happened, don't agree with it, but I understand. The nine neighbors around this pet owner have written countless complaints to animal control and the only response has been that we used the wrong forms. FORMS. Talk about buricratic bull. With animal control unwilling to enforce their own laws, what is the home owner to do?? And before someone says it, YES we have talked numerious time to the pet owner, and still nothing is done. It has not happened yet, but it's a matter of time before this dog disappears. How long do responsible homeowners have to wait before proper procedures are finally done and the problem is solved. I guess we'll just have to hire an attorney and sue the dog owner, or, someone will take matters into their own hands because they can't afford their share of the attorneys fees. It is very frustrating. I know, I live it day and night. Believe me, this story has a lot more that has not been said and I dought that the true facts will ever be reported.

Maybe an attempt could be done. With the end result of a forward sweep of a thin wire through the frontal lobe of his worthless brain..... Why do we tolerate these people? It seems that every time I turn around there is another crime of this nature being reported. And the damage they cause is always traumatic and very long lasting. Infact I don't believe the victims ever really recover to what they were before these monsters came along. These people just piss me off to no end...

Obviously NOT hard enough!!! Maybe something needs to be changed here. The last time I was in the Middle East, they chopped off the right hand of the thieves as penalties. Maybe there is a lesson there??? I'm always amazed on how damn casually the thieves in the show "Bait Car" enter and just drives off with someone elses property. Just makes me sick. I do know, if I catch someone stealing my Mustang GT, they WILL remember the experiance.

You hit the issue rIght on the head. Now we have to figure out has to be done, how to impliment it and figure out a way to convience everyone to agree with it. Almost impossible in our society, but we have to do something. And I believe your right on the general increase of these offenses. Some of it is more aggressive news reporting. When I was growing up, you almost never heard of this type of crime happening in the frequency that it seems to be happening today. I have no facts, but the general impression is there. One can only hope...

This response is my initial thought, it's not right, but my initial reaction to this story. The correct response is to contain this kid and get him some serous help. With all the sexual predator stories lately, it so damn frustrating having to deal with these low-lifes. Now we have a young predator and a even younger victim. The parents or the state or someone has to step into this before it gets worst. Just saying....

And yes you absolutly right, Alot of greed move that ship into the dangerious part of the pool. Unfortunatly, those same greedy people hurt alot of others on their little quest to collect their wealth and I honestly hope they got there fingers sniped a little bit when the cookie jar lid slamed shut!!

You're right of course, but you have to think just what was going through the minds of the [idiots] (Not saying what I really want to here!!), who were disposing of that particular type of medical waste. Not just the severe injustice to those unfortunate children, but, the environment that was compromised. God I hope thay created an outbreak of typhoid or something. If that happens, we would not hear of it as China would never let that news out.... (Still decorating my audable enviroment with colorful metaphores here...)
