Yum! Am I invited? Actually there are many places in the world where flat bread is the standard form of bread. It's usually simple to make. I don't use a roller. Clapping the dough between your hands is great therapy. It doesn't take long to learn how to make the bread flat without a roller. But if you prefer a roller, go for it!

Here's another suggestion for making money while traveling: sell photographs. It's a natural combination. People use their cellphones as cameras. I prefer a small point-and-shoot camera. Prices of good point and shoot cameras are going way down because the consumer market for cameras is disappearing. There are many websites that buy photos, so you can probably sett everything you shoot.
