I am sick of talking to people who get on here just to have something to complain about. Many of us on here would have never even gotten on here on a regular basis. We just couldn't set by and watch people label someone we know is innocent. I would like to think that the public would have an objective view when they do not know either side but apparently that's not the case. This is the reason I am in the criminal justice field, to ensure that people get what they deserve and Nevatt deserves a lot of appologies when this is done as well as being given back what has been taken from him.
Everyone seems to believe his life will turn back to normal when he is found innocent of all charges and that is not going to happen. He has already lost one of the most important things to him because of the publicity that this case has attracted simply because of what he does for a living. No one seems to think about the fact that when everything is over with he will be the one to suffer for no reason. How is it right to make someone suffer in this way? The way that he is being treated is cruel and unusual punishment even if he is not behind bars he is still in pain. But of course no one who doesn't know him doesn't care. Women can go say what they want even if it's a lie and the man is the one who gets attacked and suffers. It's nice to know that the general public has turned into this.
Ok maybe you didn't get it. If what is good for one is good enough for the other then it wouldn't be news. Sexual assaults happen in bars all the time and they don't make the news.
How would you know what is going to happen with the military when he doesn't even know yet? Flirting with women is not a crime. So you saw everything to say that he is absolutly guilty beyond a doubt? Just seeing him flirt isn't enough.
Ok that's a little weird because why was he arrested for what you call the second girl before the one you say reported it first?
For one this has nothing to do with my job or anything else so it's not unethical for me to state my opinions, my name isn't even on here. Also no I didn't use google anyone would know that's not the way to get legal information.
It wasn't just him in the bar. There was a lot more military men and women there. If they are allowed to go to places like that then they do to blow of steam after a long day of training.

No it just gives her side which no one can actually take as the truth until a judge makes a decision. I am not crazy. I am really angry with the publicity of this whole thing and how no one seems to think he could be innocent except those who know him.
You wanted to attack me and you have been attacking him when he is not in a position to defend himself. I do think he is innocent and when it is all over you will know it too. I am not licensed to practice in Georgia.
