Anyone over the age of 70 is required to take a driving test by a professional licenced tester. My last accident was with an 18 year old who did not stop at a stop sign. Fortunately, I could see that she was going so fast she could never have stopped in time anyway. I slammed on my brakes and hit the back of her car. Both cars were totaled. Her main concern was having to tell her father about it because this was her third major accident in 6 weeks!
