I'll bet you're going to be sorry you blew through your savings going to Mexico. Smart thinking... "gee, I'm not going to have a pay check for two months, so I'll go on vacation".

It's not 99% of the problem...
Business 101 - you need cash flow for economic down turns and financing. All their cash flow went to paying employees during the labor interruption and the lovely bonuses to reward people for going on strike.
The IAM thought they were entitled to the "13B" in profit... well that was going to pay to keep us afloat during bad economic times and instead it went to fat bonuses and to keep employees working while the IAM was out.
So there is your share of the 13 Billion IAM - congrats, I hope you enjoy it!
Personally, I hope Boeing moves. I can't wait to follow them. :-) I actually have pride in my company and WANT to work for them.

I can't wait! See you all in TX! It's a great place and there is plenty of aerospace already there. Don't worry about your lower pay - you can buy houses for cheap!
