Since you have clearly though so much about this subject- legal marijuana, did you also figure out how law enforcement would test for substance during an arrest for a DUI. There isn't presently a way to test in the field for impairment due to use of marijuana. Until that happens they will never legalize pot. Sorry to burst your bubble.
