Personal Finance and Investing @ Naked Hedge Fund : Next Crash!? Does the Infamous Mortgage Reset Chart Matter?

FATROB thanks for the post. I do agree with you that each location is different and each has its own market especially near the coastlines. But saying there are great deals out there could be deceiving in that you are basing it being a great deal on prices that were/are a fantasy now... Prices that would never have happened without the free money being thrown around...The extent to which will never happen again... actually never is kind of a strong word.. how about at least until everyone forgets about the dire consequences that have resulted. Basically my thoughts are that the resets do pose a risk of another hit on housing prices that far outweighs the risk of missing a bottom in home prices at this time. And I would rather use any investment cash i have in the stock market where I can play both long and short side and click a mouse to get in and out.

Personal Finance and Investing @ Naked Hedge Fund : More Late Day Rally Action on SPY

Thanks for the links Dave... unfortunately I agree with you. Although I do believe things are going to get volatile as we head into some sizable resistance from where we currently are on the SPY through $99.

Most of the time this is a bullish signal when there is a rally into the close. Also there is a W pattern forming, which could lead to a breakout of new highs. No matter if it is being manipulated/artificial or not it is real ... so it is tough to ignore

Yes currently its around $93, but it is down trending .. so as the days go on here the lower it gets and closer to the current price on the SPY of $91.50. Also there is a W pattern that is formed right below the 200 day, which is a bullish sign usually that the right side of the W pattern will break through. An important level is $92.80. That is the peak of the middle of the W and where SPY has to break through to complete the pattern.
