I'm a Veteran, and I'm really puzzled as to why they would segregate Veterans from non-Veterans unless they think this will get Veterans on their side? I think they realize that Veterans view their administration as the enemy of freedom in America, and they're grasping at straws. If it indeed gets to the point where Americans must fight to maintain their rights and freedoms, then the active duty military will turn against them as well and side with The People. Especially if they read my explanation of why they should in my book, "America in the Middle". I explain precisely why any order given to impede, or combat The People who are fighting to maintain their freedom is an unjust and unlawful order, and why their duty lies with The People. I just got an email from military.com that says a bill is being proposed to protect gun ownership for us Veterans. Doesn't the 2nd amendment to the Constitution already do that? So, why would there be a proposal to protect gun ownership for Veterans? It sounds to me like gun ownership is about to be under serious fire for the rest of America like never before in history, and probably Veterans as well. I still say that no matter what B.S. law gets passed to strip away our rights to own guns and protect ourselves from our government, it will be unenforceable. They can't execute illegal search and seizures in every residence in America. As they're breaking down one door, the weapons will be moved to a place that was already checked. It can't be done. All they can really do is brand us all as "criminals" for owning guns. Come take my weapon, Uncle Sam! Before you get my weapon, you'll get all 2000 rounds of ammo first!

Your posts reveal how little you really know, chuckflynn. This isn't about Democrat and Republican. Democrats and Republicans are both enemies of this nation. Democrats want "change" in the form of tearing down the fundamentals of what have always made America the greatest nation on Earth. Republicans (who CALL themselves conservative) actually want exactly what the Democrats want, but they're nervous right now because they see themselves being pushed out of the grand scheme of things. It's all about power, and the Democrats and Republicans are both vying to see who will control the United Communist States of America. If you did the reading and understood what's really happening in this nation, even you could see why we despise Obama and everything he stands for. It's not just him though. It's the vast majority of all representatives in government right now.

Give BO the credit for this? That's absurd. He screwed this up from the very beginning by making the use of lethal force conditional. The fact it turned out positively has absolutely nothing to do with Obama at all. This is yet another topic I discuss in my book about politics and military action. The vast majority of politicians are too cowardly to serve their country in the armed forces, and as such are completely uneducated and incapable of making military decisions. It is simply not possible for a body politic to make these decisions or even remotely comprehend the strategy, tactics, or logistics involved. Right now the UN is nothing more than a committee with mercenaries. The concept of one world government was the purpose upon which the UN was founded. It's been the goal from the start of the UN. We're all noticing that the UN is becoming bold in over-stepping its sphere of authority (of which in reality it has none) recently. The difference between last year and this year is that the pawns are all in place, and the power base is there to enact a global governance. This is all taking place faster than we can even get news about. It's a Nazi Blitzkrieg campaign of usurping The People's power at lightning speed. You've all seen that the UN has been attempting to act as a governing body with powers of enforcement over all nations. Even having the audacity to entertain levying taxes upon Americans for oil that the UN has no dominion over. Everything that is happening now is no accident. Nor is this someone's incompetence. All of this has purpose. I spent months researching and writing the history that I've learned over my life, presenting my views, and connected the historical time line to show a clear path of what is coming ahead. Everyone who has read it said it was an eye opening experience, and they see the things in the book that are coming to pass after it was written. Only 12 people have read it so far. I'd like everyone to be armed with this information, but sorry, I'm a proud capitalist, and I'm not going to give months of my work away for free. But, since I want as many people to read it as possible, I made it very reasonable. If you've enjoyed reading what I have to say on this site, you're still missing the big picture. I'm starting 2 brand new companies (yes it can be done successfully in this economy), so I'm not as active here anymore because I just don't have the time anymore. Unfortunately, Richard Blumenthal's term in office is a state matter. I've never even stepped foot in Connecticut, and I'm not sure what the general population in that state is like. Here's another quote from President Woodrow Wilson after he had learned the truth of the Federal Reserve Act he had signed in 1913: "My God. What have I done to my country"? I also discuss other topics such as government and military action, the true effect of illegal aliens in America, the founding principles of this country, why some wish to erase God from government, and solutions to end tyranny in America. It also has a letter to all military personnel detailing to them why any order given to combat or impede The People, should they decide to take their government back, is an unlawful order and cannot be followed. If our military reads that, it will remove our government's "muscle" to force slavery upon us.

Tall_Pat, look at the date of the 16th Amendment. It coincides with the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. If it's true that the 16th Amendment was ratified illegally, then it would also need to be re-examined after the Federal Reserve Act is repealed. In fact, ALL laws and policies post 1913 need to be re-examined since our government has been operating under a criminal enterprise since that date. Repealing the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 should be our VERY first demand. Term limits, limits on bill size, and limiting appropriations to only those directly related to a bill are all necessary. But, we first need to remove the source of all corruption in our current government, then deal with other means of corruption afterward.

This is an easy one, Tall_Pat. Our government has the legal ability to levy taxes as stated in the Constitution. You're asking the wrong question. Here's what the Constitution says: Article I, Section 2 Representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several states which may be included within this union, according to their respective numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole number of free persons, including those bound to service for a term of years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons. Article I, Section 8 The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States Article I, Section 9 No capitation, or other direct, tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken. No tax or duty shall be laid on articles exported from any state. End of Quotes Here's why you're asking the wrong question. The Constitution clearly states the right of the government to levy taxes to pay for our defense, operation of our government, and public services. The fact that we CAN be taxed is incontrovertible. The questions you should be asking are, "Why does the IRS still exist after its charter expired once Europe was rebuilt after World War II", "Why did Congress illegally abdicate its responsibility to print and regulate our currency to a private corporation called the Federal Reserve in 1913", and "Why does the Federal Reserve, the IRS, and the U.S. Treasury have illegal powers to use force against The People"? The answer to those questions will lead us all to freedom because the answer is that our government has been operating under a criminal enterprise since 1913. Once the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 is repealed as unconstitutional, then the Fed loses all of its illegal power and ill-gotten profits. Here's the letter I just sent to Governor Rick Perry of Texas Honorable Governor Perry, I implore you, as a proud Texan, and sovereign American, to call to action all State legislatures to assert State rights over Federal as guaranteed by the Constitution of these United States. Washington has said "States have no right to reject stimulus". Excuse me? Sir, I'm sure you're aware how serious the situation is. Washington is usurping individual and State powers and consolidating them within the Federal government. We The People see this. We are not the uneducated, misinformed, apathetic sheep liberals think we are. If they think we will sit idly by as our powers and rights are usurped and abused, they are seriously mistaken. It is the duty of all State legislatures to take action now before The People take action. If it comes to The People's involvement, the result will be violent. I would like to avoid that if at all possible. I am a Desert Storm Veteran, and I took a solemn oath to protect and defend the United States against all enemies; foreign and domestic. I am forever bound to this oath, and if my country needs my service against domestic enemies, then I am honor, and duty bound to assist, and I would give my life freely to that end. Is It Socialism? Is It Communism? Is It Fascism? No! It's America! As Americans watch while our government is rapidly seizing power over our economy and private businesses, one question that may come to mind is, "What is the U.S. Government evolving into"? Is it socialism? Is it communism? Is it fascism? The correct answer is it's a hybrid of all three. It's sommunascism! What our government is doing resembles Nazi Germany's Blitzkrieg campaign during WWII. It was a campaign of lightning speed. Our government is making an unprecedented power-grab by usurping power that does not belong to them at lightning speed. Each and every day it seems The People have lost yet another fundamental right guaranteed by the Constitution. The government is using "crisis" as their justification to permanently abolish all of our rights and collapse our economy. It's using outrage as justification to launch witch hunts against an "enemy" of their own creation and design. This is all being done to implement the first step in creating a totalitarian government which is to replace our capitalist economy with a socialist, or even communist economic structure. In a socialist economic structure, the government has more control to interfere with private business, but in a communist economic structure, the government OWNS business. It's no longer private. The fascism comes in with population control through controlling media outlets to keep the population misinformed, and pitting the public against each other by creating or emphasizing class divisions. This is what Karl Marx and Frederick Engels called a "class struggle". It is through this class struggle that our government intends to forever consolidate power into the government and disenfranchise The People. Benito Mussolini, who coined the name fascism, employed this method of population control with ruthless efficiency. This is also the very reason why Mussolini was hanged, dragged through the streets of Italy, and mutilated. What will be the consequences for those in our government who think they can subjugate The People? Although this movement to usurp the power of The People began in the Democratic Party, this is not a partisan issue! Members of the Republican Party are happy to consolidate our power into the government as well. Both Parties are vying for position to make sure they are both included in the power scheme. This is truly Government vs. The People, so don't get caught up in Party distinctions and labels! It's not Democrat versus Republican. It's us versus them. The government of The People, has become the enemy of The People. There is a forgotten fourth branch of government that has power far greater than the other three branches combined. That fourth branch is The People. The fourth branch must come together in one voice, and in one clenched fist to defeat the enemies of freedom. When I use any terms not used by the typical American, I explain it. The title has several meanings. It's written for middle-Americans, by a middle-American, and it's targeted at the vast majority that are not extremists. America is not a collection of red and blue. The truth is, America is a varying combination of both. America is purple. If we are going to win the war that our government has waged against us, we must reach the middle-Americans...The purple Americans. They are the sleeping, silent majority that must be awakened. You need to fear apathy by The People. If we feel powerless, then we will BE powerless. Our government is miniscule compared to the overwhelming force of We The People. Our government exists by the consent of the governed. If our government reforms into a socialist, communist, or fascist government, it will be our fault. Period. What can a government of the few do when faced by the resolve of the many? Not a single solitary thing. If we do not use these tea parties and protests to organize and ACT, we will be screwed.
