Great review...Excellent on what u said...I find it right like how u said it...I was looking for the white one to have the same quality, but I guess not...Still in the adventure for cheapest white eyeliner to apply on waterline.

I have one of these pencils in Plum passion. It is soft and easy to glide on. I tried it on the water line but it actually does not stay on for long. I have oily lids, and folded lids, so the color do not stay on long since it will get smudge or transfer on to the crease and form that very ugly curve. I don't have UUDP so I cannot be sure if the primer will help this stay long. I tried this with the Eye Primer from Elf and it does not work. I tried it with the Mineral eyeshadow primer from ELF and it works a bit better. It might work well with others, I love the pigmentation and the texture, sadly, it just does not work on Asian lids like mine. The best way is to set this liner with shadow. It can act as a good base for ur eyeshadows to adhere on. I don't think it will cause creasing that bad.
