The following is just a personal observation: NIKE, the company that made a fortune from sports apparel manufactured overseas (using child labour in sweat shops) is now giving back to the community on THIS side of the pond. Less we forget, the Knight's "extraordinary generosity" is founded upon exploitation. I'm sorry, I don't mean to be a total killjoy. Irony aside, it's not a total loss when someone somewhere on the planet benefits from the sweat and toil of another, is it? The little people who did the actual sweating and toiling as well as the people who will benefit from this substantial corporate gift are the innocent ones in all this. As for NIKE, it's a sweet tax write off...
