This adversely affected our health, i complained to my assistant manager, he in turn complained (rudely) to them. The speakeasy was stopped and i was 86'd from the bar for bringing it up, was this fair, no, but we don't have breathe second hand smoke anymore. My point being there are some circumstances where the laws use makes sense. i would say if a bar applies for a permit and the staff agrees with allowing smoking, it should be fine, as long as it doesn't affect their neighbors health.
