Just because it is legal doesn’t make it right; render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's. Real people make decisions to engage in unethical behavior for material gain in the form of large salaries, bonuses, promotions or sometimes just keeping their job. They tell themselves it’s their job; they have no choice, that they are making hard decisions representing the best interests of the company. In reality they have their own interests at heart; their own interests at the expense of honest hard working people; just like any other thief. And our laws should address their behavior directly.
