lol, i can't simply state that they are selfish in a site where we all are here for the same thing. you're on a site where you don't expect this crap. maybe you like crap? maybe you like those people who complain about why they don't have the same benefits? if you don't want productive negative comments, don't click on the dashboard links. If you want to complain how you feel about your friends go blog about it. this isn't the place to share your little feelings.

again "free" doesn't make them any less greedy. i'll put my foot up your butt for free. i expect you to like it :) Also, if it's so free why haven't they uploaded it? where is this free app you're speaking of?

the reason you missed that part is because no one said anything about it. I'm also glad I'm not stuck on a desert island with you, this way i don't have to listen to your random rants. Completely unrelated reply, if you are stressed about something, go blog about it some where else, this goes for everyone who's posting replies that has nothing to do with my original comment.

OK, before people start replying with completely irrelevant points, please take the time to re-read my position. Yes, it bothers me that these little shits are holding the app private instead of releasing it to us. does this make me a cry baby? if you say so. does this remotely expresses my views of their apps? no. "it's free" doesn't make them any less selfish.

This isn't a gift douche bag, and considering it as so it's very sad of you. Why do I have to be a programmer to point out when people are being greedy.

So because they are being stingy greedy little rats and point it out I'm asking for instant gratification? oh, ok. by your logic anyone who expects this withint two weeks and find themselves to be disappointed, guess what? YOU ARE UNGRATEFUL AND EXPECT INSTANT GRATIFICATION.

You implied that i should use an alternative based on who's service i like better when purplera1n doesn't even make public jailbreaks to the exception of 3.0 when i'm only trying to prove a point. When a site offers a product even if you have to pay for it, you better deliver, and if you can't then you would assume there's a reasonable issue. In this case, there is no reasonable reason. Last time i heard "less then two weeks" turned out to be months.

This isn't a popularity contest. If you're too stubborn to see their pattern of holding jailbreak apps from the public then there is nothing I can do to help you.

The jailbreak community have long been prepared for this issue since the release of 3.0. So there's nothing else for anyone to do but play the waiting game with these guys.

You seem to be confused on what my original reply was all about. I'm very thankful for their hard work and their great releases. I just don't appreciate them selfishly holding jailbreak apps from everyone else.

You must be new here. they have done this with 3.0 Also, don't forget when they had a jailbreak for iTouch 2G for half a year, and the only reason they released it was because someone else started making a profit out of it.

iphone-dev will make us wait for 3.1 jailbreak on 3GS.... wait and wait again...while the iphone-dev team enjoys their jailbroken 3GS *sigh*. How many times do we have to go through this before they learn to share, before someone else has to step in *cough*purplera1n*cough*?
