Please give me a break. I think his expression is speaking louder than words. He knows what will happen if he goes to prison. So as a result he is using mental illness as his excuse. It is unfair to the people that do suffer from mental illness.People need to start being responsibly. I believe UPD calls this zero tolerance.

Welcome to zero tolerance. Some day these same officers may have to protect you in harms way. Enough is enough with excuses and not being responsible for one actions. You do the crime you do the time simple as that. If you don't want to get caught don't do it.

Debbie, God Bless I am happy your dog is fine sure helps to make the New Year better. I am sorry for your other loses. Having been through 3 fires (arsons) myself I know it can be discouraging, and fearful. The best I can say is keep faith.Amazingly things have a way of working out.

God bless we all should take the time to be thankful for even the smallest miracles because to someone else that miracle may not be small at all. I wish you the best with your dog, I know of a pets loss and it is heartbreaking.

Mr Sanita I wish you would stick to Utica's issues.. You need to bring your properties up to codes before you will be taken serious as a mayoral candidate. I am in the neighborhood as one of the residence. I wish to tell you your house is a disgrace to our neighborhood. It isn't about money from rentals, it is about bringing our city back.
