Snohomish County housing authority had been in this home several times over that last several months. Why didn't they call animal control?? The neighbors did several times !!!!!!! Why aren't these agency's the ones answering the questions or being pressed with charges for Human Neglect !!!! She had underlying medical issues and needed HELP. Some neighbor's did try to help and get her help. When you call animal control and make a complaint make sure your telling them the conditions of the animals so that your not told several times that people have rights!!!!!!!!!! After 5 telephone calls someone finally showed up 2 weeks later and only a warning was given. Why did it take a humans life for someone to respond????
