How can they "shelter" children at the Ruth House when the sex offender website indicates that they are "shelter" TWO convicted child molesters at that location ? and TEN at ARK and THREE at the City of Refuge ? one from out of state and non-compliant with probation ?
Are other shelters in trouble ?

Does this kind of purchase encourage the "puppy mill" syndrome? Will the female dog be immediately bred to produce another litter of $50 puppies ? While the puppys are adorable and a great price -- what is the cost to the mother dog ?
