<description>The only reset that should be made at all is a) Does Chavez want to engage in free trade with the United States , and b) Does Chazev want to back down from its harsh position of the United States and policies that show any aggresion to the United States. If the answer is no to either of those then go Reset with some one else. </description>

<description>Zimm you&amp;#039;re spot on when they say structered bankruptcy, in that the goal of that structure would be to protect the UAW. Now what I want to know is what are the laws as it pertains to Bankrupcy and if there is such a thing in the law about making a structured one. (i.e. what gives the government the ability to change the terms of those procedings) </description>
