The Senate approved both DeMint's amendment which prevents the FCC from revisiting this issue AND Durbin's amendment which allows for local control, etc (fairness doctrine in disguise!). Check out the latest votes at the Senate's website. As usual, the duplicitous, self-serving senators are voting both for and against to cover their behinds. We need to get most of them removed from office!
