I'm still terrified about the EU referendum result. I've signed the petitions, I've written to my MP... I can't stop catastrophising. Big things scare me - the idea of the EU as a whole breaking up, the rise of the far right everywhere - and more personal things, like how fucked I'll be if inflation shoots up and house prices fall and I can't afford my mortgage or even to sell the place. Just can't stop spiralling. And when I talk to anyone who isn't terrified, I don't feel reassured - just that they're not scared enough. Argh.

Yup, I had that a few years ago -- I just checked and it was in 2010. They did a follow-up test six months later, which was fine, and I've since had two more completely normal tests.

Sadly, yeah, I agree that their performance on the night wasn't great.

They came and played a show in London a few months afterwards, though, and I went and bounced around and it was great.

I basically want Eurovision all year long.

I went to Copenhagen to see a semi-final in 2014 and I'm going to Stockholm to see another one this year and I am SO EXCITED I CAN HARDLY STAND IT.

Only Love Survives is one of my favourite last-placed Eurovision songs. I also adored Twin Twin's Moustache, and Tooji's Stay. I'm not sure whose taste is broken, mine or the entire rest of Europe.

Eric Saade's finest Eurovision moment was surely "Hashtag beautiful girl". It was so awkward and bizarre and I still think of it every time I'm tempted to describe something as beautiful.
