Again think about how you are making these judgments - through media interpretation of how they want you to perceive this - Making the comment that he is creepy.
Again you are INNOCENT until proven guilty. If you do not agree with that statement then you might as well rip up the bill of rights, right here, right now.

First thing is first, you are all reacting to a news report which in my opinion is incredibly slanted in one direction. You haven't seen the evidence yourselves your all second sourcing your information. It is one to read the news but another to judge from it. Seriously telling them to throw the book at him when you are just reading or hearing this story.
I wouldn't be surprised if the girl was guilty in this trial and played the teacher on. Going through High school in the early 2000's, I can say I have seen girls (and guys) play this trick on teachers. That happened a lot and yet the news never (or very very very rarely) picks up on it. I wonder why?
I am not taking either side on this but you should really think about what you are basing your arguments on before you make such incredibly claims.
You as Americans should remember that in this country "You are found INNOCENT until proven guilty."

I just want to say for the record, that you are all wasting your time commenting on this, and this just shows how ignorant we can all be.
