What a load of tosh. Prey tell me how many new trade deals do we have that don't just roll over extant deals? Oh yes I almost forgot, the EU-UK deal. This one will reduce trade so on balance we have reduced our world trade.

Ah the common Brexiteer trope “I’m more patriotic than you” guff. Voting for radical change doesn’t entitle you to claim to be more patriotic than those that didn’t. In my view it is rather the opposite that is true. You voted for change without thinking through the consequences. You didn’t give a damn about the loss of rights of the 1.5 million Brits working and living in the EU. You don’t care about the disruption to the three million EU citizens living here. You don’t care about peace in Northern Ireland and you don’t care about the people who will lose their jobs and homes as a result of a hard Brexit. You don’t care that we are spending 4 billion pounds on this hard Brexit folly, but we don’t have enough money for cancer drugs or that people are waiting three weeks to see a GP. Cloaking yourself as patriot could not be further from reality.

Just following the Brexit mantra Leave the EU because 90% of economic growth will be out side the EU. You should congratulate me for taking the Brexit message on board? It is what all the Brexit elite are doing. It's just the little people getting poorer every month. Surely you realised that?

I have to say much as I dislike Brexit personally it has been very profitable for me. After the result I moved all my liquid investments in the UK to Asia and the USA, just like the elite Brexit backers. Every time Boris opens his mouth the pound goes down and the investments go up. This month alone 5%. It's just the poor sods who can't do that are the ones that are going to suffer. They have been conned by the billionaires backing Brexit.... Christopher Chandler, Odey, Barclays et al. Such easy money.

I think the lesson from this complete mess is that referenda are not to be used to answer complex questions, particularly in a representative democracy. Nobody would make an in principle decision to buy a house without know the price and condition. When you have that information you make the final decision. Similarly with the referendum a second confirmatory referendum should take place. It is not ignoring the result it is confirming it. Cameron should never have designed such a shoddy referendum which legally was advisory but he told the public it would be acted on. Basically the Conservative administrations since 2015 have wrecked this country which will probably split asunder and the people remain divided for a generation.

I disagree I find Boris Johnson's comments extremely offensive and not the kind of language a Prime Minister should use in public. If he or you were a true democrat you would have a second referendum on the terms of a deal. RM,, Cummings and Farage all said they would when they thought they might loose before the referendum. Its now quite clear that Leave did not even consider the NI problem prior to the referendum despite having 40 years to think about it. There is no majority for No Deal and you are too frighten to ask the public.

I have always voted Conservative until recently, but not since this party has been taken over by a bunch of economically illiterate nutters. A party being led by a PM who declared F*** business doesn't deserve to survive. Boris Johnson is a disgrace. Quite how you can be so blind to follow this shallow dishonest idiot is beyond me.
