And while I'm sure there are MANY people who would like to see egg on Prosser's face (figuratively and literally) these men ARE two professionals. (Or at least one is...I don't know the City Manager that well!) I think what's happening though...and it's about time...is that we're FINALLY getting some direction and leadership from the Mayor's office, even if it IS the Mayor-elect. A 90-day performance review is certainly fair, and should come as no surprise to Prosser. Let's just hope there aren't any "pet projects" that get pushed through before the new Mayor and Council take the reins.
