Oh thank Goddddd me too. I love Effie. I think she turned out kind of great considering her environment. And I never liked how they always gave her so much grief for trying to stick to the schedule. She was just trying to help. I mean, if they hadn't stuck to the schedule and had just done whatever the fuck they had wanted I'm pretty sure The Capitol would be pissed with a capitol P. So she was just keeping them from getting in more trouble. Also I want her wigs. I think she just hasn't come up yet but I'm sure she will in the next chapter or one soon after. I think Katniss is pretty fond of her too.

Oh that sucks, I'm so sorry. Also your Gale is perfection. It sort of fits in with my perception of Gale. Like he just thinks he's so much better then everything that is going on which, okay, maybe he is but it still isn't nice to be reminded of that all the time, you know? I'm gonna be honest here with the whole Peeta thing... I just really wish I had someone who liked me the way he likes Katniss. Like, I'm jealous of her (IN JUST THAT RESPECT OBVIOUSLY NOT IN ANY OTHER WAY CONSIDERING HER LIFE IS TEN TIMES OF AWFUL). Also I'm super sick of sleazy guys who just use girls and I think Peeta would never do that.

Oh I get you. I've always gotten this 'too cool for school' vibe from Gale. If we went to school together he'd totally be in that crowd everyone called 'alternative' and no one really talked to and they didn't really talk to anyone else as they sort of hate all the high school drama that went on. I'm always scared to talk to the kids like that because I think they'll ~judge~ me for being too much of a conformist or something. So even if Gale and I would get along really well we'd never talk cause I'd be like below his notice and I'd probably be too shy to talk to him. On the other hand I think I'd have a crazy hardcore crush on Peeta and would be super awkward if we ever talked but we totally would talk because I'd manufacture opportunities to ask him the time or something and would go buy bread at specific times so he'd be behind the counter. .........wow. I may have over thought that just a bit.

Yeah I had some major issues with the Holocaust imagery. Well not issues as wanting to weep forever. My grandfather was an Auschwitz survivor and I've always had a real issue reading/watching anything Holocaust-related. But the idea of ash everywhere made from human flesh horrifies me to no end. I can deal with the idea that 7000 fictional people who were not fleshed out at. all. died, but the fact that Katniss has to see their charred remains and steps on one of their skulls I can't deal with. I sort of don't want this to be in the movie because I think it'd be kind of embarrassing if I burst into tears at the very first scene.

This is why when people compare the rebellion to Dumbledore (see the last few reviews) I get sad. Yeah, Albie made some mistakes, no one is denying that, but he always tried to do what was best for Harry. I don't for a second think he'd of forced Harry to do anything that he really wasn't up to, or even force him to do anything. The rebellion? Not so much.
