yea dude, no doubt. im with you on this one, BUT... dont u think its weird that it took apple 943 apps and 9 months to figure this out since they have a ton of reviewers and the entire process is just weird.

This is not a case of Apple banning apps like google voice, cause of favoritism or monopoly, this is just something that needs to be like a wake up call... for whom? well... choose a side :)

When you will run it, it will prompt you with a window saying : This is the first lunch of iPhone Tunnel Suit. Please set up a new device. You don’t need to do that. Just close that window.

dude, what can i tell you? it's up to you. basically 3.0.1 is 3.0 but it has a so called patch for the so called SMS iPhone Hijack. thats all...

if you want update, if you dont want to update and re-JB, than just wait until September for FW 3.1...

from what ive heard, no. i have it and it works great. Best thing you can do is UNLOCK ALL YOUR LOCKED APPS, remove LockDown, Reboot and respring, reinstall LockDown, Reboot and Respring and than run the app again... lemme know how that works for you. Check the permissions for the app as well...

i suppose you got it as a .deb file right? well...

how to SSH:

1. MAC : http://www.funkyspacemonkey.com/howto-ssh-iphone-...
2. WIN : http://www.funkyspacemonkey.com/howto-ssh-iphone-...

Once you SSH, you can do this:

1. browse to /var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall ( if you dont have /Cydia/Autoinstall just create the folders ) . Copy the .deb file there ( in the AutoInstall folder ) , than reboot AND respring your iPhone.

OR

2. get Terminal from Cydia. Through SSH create a folder on root called "deb" and copy your pdanet deb file inside that folder. After that go to your iPhone and load the terminal.app and type:

su root

alpine ( if you didnt change the default password )

cd /deb

dpkg -i name_of_your_deb_file ( make sure you write the name exactly as it is.Caps and no caps )

enter

after it’s installed respring your iPhone again.
