Politics aside, I've seen him speak several times and I was not impressed. It's painful, like watching George Bush speak (again, politics aside). Also, I feel that he always was more interested in moving to higher political positions rather than focusing on relevant King Co. issues. He gets his wish with this appointment.

This one's easy: cars entering on I-5 southbound from 45th and then getting on 520 Eastbound during the morning rush hour. The planners need to re-route these cars to enter 520 another way. Traffic is slowed 10-15 mins each day starting just south of Northgate.
Technocrat, what are the odds the next two draws will match? 1 in 1,000. What are the odds the next two draws are 1-9-6? 1 in 1,000,000. In the first case, there are 1,000 more possibilities than the second case since any two matches would qualify.
Actually the odds are 1 in a 1,000 since it's just the likelihood that draw #2 equals draw #1. It would be 1 in a million if both matched a pre-determined set of numbers, for example if draw #1 and #2 matched my 1-9-6 lottery ticket. Two different things...
