Repeal the 1975 Budget Act. The 1975 Budget Act took away the line-item veto--the President's ability to cut out pork and earmarks. The 1975 Budget Act automatically increases the budget every year with baseline budgeting. Repeal the 1975 Budget Act .

Though this is about more than budgets and money, one thing that needs to be done, if anyone takes budgets, deficits, and debt seriously, is repeal the 1975 Budget Act. This took away the president's ability to use a "line-item veto" or cut the pork out of the each bill. This act also created base-line budgeting, which automatically increases the spending each year. Repeal the 1975 Budget Act!!
