I walked by at least 8 on one block and paid no attentionto them any until one started yelling at someone that they were a racist.. I turned and looked to see to see that the panhandler was yelling to me. Appearantly he did not see I had ignored all of panhandlers with equal neglect. I did not even know he was black.
