I don't know why she resigned. Can't she just apologize like everyone else and take some sort of sensitivity training? What's all the hoopla about? Then we can put her right back where she was only a little more sensitive. :) She probably thought she was really impressing her peers at the big dinner, kinda like a grand dragon at a KKK meeting. (Of course the KKK is a bunch of outlaws, not the NAACP.............plllllllllllllllease!!!)

I read about the “bounce” test for doneness. My sons and I are cooking for a “bunch” of people and we figure ribs are better than steaks because they will eat them OUR way, we won’t have to ask each individual how they want their steak done. J

I want to do some ribs but the barbeque I'll be using is a pit-type with a rack that raises and lowers but there isn't a lid. What type of adjustment do I need to make to cook some great ribs with a barbeque that doesn't have a lid? Thanks for any suggestions
