They call it a "Blow and Go". A friend of mine used to install them professionally. If you don't blow into the machine, or blow a legal limit, then the vehicle will not start. Now, the issue at hand is people who get DUI's are breaking the law so they have no problem in leaving their car run while at the bar or have a child blow into it.
